I’ve got a new series coming out in October, FREELANCERS, drawn by Joshua Covey. Val and Cassie are two bounty hunters raised in a kung fu orphanage who are now trying to make it on their own, in big adventures that delve into the concepts of ambition, stardom, and friendship.

I love writing two female friends. I love learning and communicating what I see the women in my life going through and turning that into heightened adventure/crime fiction. Every book I write should be a chance to do something new, with no fear of failure. I’m working hard to make sure there is a well-diversified book with two smart and capable female leads on the stands. A book where sexuality is a part of these people’s lives but as a way to explore characters and the human experience, not as a to substitute to it. It’s out in October, available for pre-order in August I would be ever so thankful if you told your local retailer that you’re down for a copy.
